Jean-Philippe Baudey (JP), the founder of Faydit Photography, is a food photographer based in Taunton, Somerset, specialising in high-quality imagery for the food, drink, and hospitality industries.

While based in the South West of England, he regularly works across the UK and Europe, collaborating with chefs, restaurants, and food brands to meet their marketing and branding needs.

With over three decades of experience as a professional chef before transitioning to photography, he brings a unique understanding of food presentation and styling to every project. This expertise allows him to capture not only the aesthetics but also the essence of each dish, drink, or setting.
His photography is characterised by a minimalistic styling approach, ensuring clean, focused imagery that highlights the subject above all else.
