‘Cake Design with Chef Keem’

This 2-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by Malaysian internet star, Keempossible. Keem gained widespread attention during Malaysia’s first lockdown, quickly becoming an Instagram sensation with 348k followers. Her rise was fuelled by her stunning cake designs that captivated local and international audiences/ Keem has travelled the world, sharing her cake design expertise through masterclasses. Her original creations, known for their artistic brush strokes and intricate designs, are not just designs but masterpieces that evoke admiration.

Over the 2 day masterclass, Keem will teach you exactly how to craft a perfect chiffon sponge, how to pipe designs using batter and enhance these designs with brush painting techniques once cooked. ‘Cake Design with Chef Keem’

This 2-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by Malaysian internet star, Keempossible. Keem gained widespread attention during Malaysia’s first lockdown, quickly becoming an Instagram sensation with 348k followers. Her rise was fuelled by her stunning cake designs that captivated local and international audiences/ Keem has travelled the world, sharing her cake design expertise through masterclasses. Her original creations, known for their artistic brush strokes and intricate designs, are not just designs but masterpieces that evoke admiration.
Please Note - this class will be conducted in English.
Over the 2 day masterclass, Keem will teach you exactly how to craft a perfect chiffon sponge, how to pipe designs using batter and enhance these designs with brush painting techniques once cooked. Over the two days, four different designs will be created (3 of which are pictured in the poster). There are 2, two day classes taking place, during which 8 different designs will be taught - this class covers 4 of those designs.
This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.
Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

‘Expert Viennoiserie with Oldman Teh’

This 2-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by Viennoiserie expert, Oldman Teh.
Join us for an exceptional masterclass with Oldman Teh, following the huge success of his first visit! For the first day of the class, we will focus on handrolled croissant. On the second day, we will focus fully on sheeter laminated products, culminating in a grand final display. There will be a minimum of 6 Viennoiserie created, in addition to butter croissant and pain au chocolat.
This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment in full is required to fully secure your position on each course. In the cases in which a payment plan has been agreed, a deposit will secure your space on a course.
Please note, a 90% refund once payment has been made will only be available if you wish to terminate your space on your selected course more than 70 days before the start date. 69-30 days before the course, we can offer a 50% refund, and 29 or less days before the course, we are unable to offer any refund due to insufficient time to fill the vacant position created by your absence. A minimum of 10% of the course fee (if cancelled 70 days or more before the event) will be retained to cover the costs of producing invoices, dealing with your enquiry and of course the merchant fees for processing & recalling/refunding your payment. Your refund can take up to 40 working days to be returned due to banking systems in place.
Any cancellation or requests for refunds when on a payment plan will result in any outstanding invoices cancelled - but any payments towards the class will be void and no monies returned as to protect the integrity of the class and our policies. This is a condition we will stand by, except for extreme mitigating circumstances in which case a decision will be at the discretion of the Directors’. Please note this term prior to agreeing to a payment plan. Any missed payments whilst on a plan & no effort to rectify will lead to your space being revoked and all payments made voided with no refund. Payment plans are made with good will and we have no security with them, so we reserve the right to void any space should you default and make no attempt to contact or rectify. When agreeing a payment plan, please bare this in mind as it is fundamentally yourself who agrees the dates & amounts, so it is common courtesy to expect them to be maintained as offering this method of payment is not the norm.
In the extremely rare event of the course being cancelled by us, a FULL refund of the fee paid will be issued. This will be paid, in full, no later than 60 days after the cancellation due to the funds needing to be retracted from the relevant banking facilities of both ourselves & the chef before being returned directly to you.
We are however unable to refund for accommodation/travel expenses as these plans are made by the participant themselves and the decision to travel to the course was that of their own. We cannot be held responsible for those who travel from the same town as us, or the other side of the world.
