Miquel Guarro spent years as the creative genius behind Hoffmann Patisserie in Barcelona and has now embarked on his own journey, conducting his ‘pastry world tour’, teaching his thousands of fans his stunning new dessert creations. We are proud to be his UK stop along his tour.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment in full is required to fully secure your position on each course. In the cases in which a payment plan has been agreed, a deposit will secure your space on a course.

Please note, a 95% refund once payment has been made will only be available if you wish to terminate your space on your selected course more than 60 days before the start date. 69-30 days before the course, we can offer a 50% refund, and 29 or less days before the course, we are unable to offer any refund due to insufficient time to fill the vacant position created by your absence.

Any cancellation or requests for refunds when on a payment plan will result in any outstanding invoices cancelled - but any payments towards the class will be void and no monies returned as to protect the integrity of the class and our policies. This is a condition we will stand by, except for extreme mitigating circumstances in which case a decision will be at the discretion of the Directors’. Please note this term prior to agreeing to a payment plan.

In the extremely rare event of the course being cancelled by us, a FULL refund of the fee paid will be issued. We are unable to refund for accommodation/travel expenses as these plans are made by the participant themselves and the decision to travel to the course was that of their own.
