‘Expert 2-Day Viennoiserie with Oldman Teh’

This 2-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by Viennoiserie expert, Oldman Teh.

Aimed at previous Oldman Teh course attendees, or those confident in Viennoiserie; this class is focussing on the ‘next-level’. After covering the core principles of creating the perfect croissant, it is now time for us to focus on elevating your finished products.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

This class will be demonstration based, as well as hands-on and so you will really be able to get to grips with all methods and techniques used. All of our classes are very personal and are limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Oldman has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
