‘Fruity Pastry with Thibault Marchand’

This 2-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK situated in Cheltenham, England, and will be hosted by ‘Bake Off: The Professionals’ winner Thibault Marchand.
Please Note - this demonstration class will be conducted in English.
Over the course of 2 days, learn how Les Vergers Boiron’s Corporate Chef, Thibault Marchand, creates responsible fruity desserts, using the finest ingredients. With an extremely impressive CV, including multiple competition wins and numerous awards, Thibault is passionate about challenges and is “driven by his desire to surpass himself and his perfectionism”. This class will focus on modern techniques, and fruity flavours, including vegan and gluten free recipes - so it really is perfect for all.
This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on borh days, but please allow for a slight overrun.
Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided.
This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes. The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience. This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Chef Yann has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
