‘Lifelike Fruits with Damien Wager’

This 2-day course will be held at Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by British pastry chef, Damien Wager. Focussing on the extremely popular Lifelike Fruits, this masterclass will explore how to create a range of exquisite realistic deserts, all with the same moulds - using hand-shaping techniques to create unique results.
This class will run between 9am & 4pm (approximately) on each day, but please allow for a slight overrun.
Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.
This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Damien has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.
