This 6-day masterclass will be held at the Pastry Academy UK, situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by three renowned Pastry Chef’s, each running their own 2 day masterclass running consecutively to each other.

Frank Haasnoot - Petit Gateaux & Entremets - £795.00 - World Pastry Champion Frank Haasnoot joins us, bringing flavour, style and elegance to the kitchen. Chef Frank will teach his signature items which wow his fans on a daily basis; combining natural patisserie with modern flavours to create timeless items using a multitude of techniques and skills.

David Vidal - Plated Desserts - £595.00 - Renowned for his intricate plated desserts, Chef David teaches a huge variety of pastry components to create desserts which would not look out of place in the world’s finest establishments. This wonderful class is perfect for any pastry chef hoping to take their work to the next level.

Andrey Dubovik - Chocolate Bonbons - £695.00 - Join this class and be blown away by the skill and mastery that Chef Andrey displays across 2 days, creating unbelievable chocolate bonbons that are sure to taste just as incredible as they look.

Each class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on all six days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes - however please respect the chefs way of working and understand this is advertised as a demo class. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what these three chef’s have to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
