‘Viennoiserie with Johan Martin’

This 3-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by iconic pastry chef, Johan Martin.

Please Note - this demonstration class will be conducted in English.

Considered one of the industries leading viennoiserie creators, Johan Martin’s work is widely recognised due to his unique style and interpretation of French classics. Author of 3 books, international pastry chef consultant, and award winning pastry chef; Martin is paving the way within the world of viennoiserie. This masterclass will give insight into Chef Johan’s 20 years of experience, teaching you everything you could possibly need to know to recreate some of his original creations.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on all three days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes - however please respect the chefs way of working and understand this is advertised as a demo class. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Johan has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
