‘Patisserie Masterpieces with Frank Haasnoot’

This 3-day course will be held at the Pastry Academy UK situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham and will be hosted by Dutch Pastry Chef Frank Haasnoot.

Please Note - this demonstration class will be conducted in English.

The inaugural guest chef returns for more, after kick-starting the Edible Art Academy in 2024, Frank Haasnoot is returning in 2025 for a brand new masterclass; teaching you the many methods, techniques and tips that can be used to create truly show-stopping creations.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on all three days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Frank has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
